Overall, a good experience getting our vehicle repaired. Friendly helpful staff, that kept us updated weekly with progress reports. Work done in a timely professional manor. One minor issue we had when our vehicle was finished was addressed on the spot. I would recommend to anyone who needs auto body work or paint .
Update as of July 14th 2025. The manager, Eric Allison and the owner Troy Buck posted false information on my business website because they were not happy with the review that I left for poor workmanship I spoke with both Eric and Troy. Eric lied and said he did not post anything on my website which was false. Troy Buck said he did it because he didn't care for the review that I left on their site. Fantastic body work, looks better that new
Kris Pfingston gave me regular updates throughout the inspection and repair process and let me know exactly when I would be receiving my vehicle back. I am extremely satisfied with the customer service provided by Fix Auto Avondale and would recommend them to everyone based on my personal experience. They got my car repaired and back on the road quickly!!
