Mr Ajay Nagra, the Senior Body Shop Manager ( now promoted higher ) is very knowledgable, skillful, extremely polite and respectful person. Handled our warranty issue with our car body paint very efficiently - everything was timed really well - and the job done was super - would recommend Downsview Chrysler because of very diligent and dedicated personnel like Mr Ajay Nagra , who make the difference !
