Cannot recommend this place enough. From the smiley welcome and top tier customer service, to AJ's personal approach, professional attitude, attentiveness, and top-notch results - I can wholeheartedly say this is the best place for car repairs in the city (mine is an electric Fiat500)
Mr Ajay Nagra, the Senior Body Shop Manager ( now promoted higher ) is very knowledgable, skillful, extremely polite and respectful person. Handled our warranty issue with our car body paint very efficiently - everything was timed really well - and the job done was super - would recommend Downsview Chrysler because of very diligent and dedicated personnel like Mr Ajay Nagra , who make the difference ! God bless

He kept me updated throughout the process, answered all my questions, and made sure every detail was perfect. You can tell he genuinely cares about quality and customer satisfaction. If you want high-quality body and paint... read more

AJ and Peter consistently go above and beyond—they work incredibly hard and genuinely care about their customers. AJ, in particular... read more
