**Disappointing Experience at Fix Auto** I recently had a frustrating experience with Fix Auto regarding the repair of my vehicle. The lack of communication throughout the process was incredibly disappointing. I felt left in the dark and had to repeatedly reach out for updates, which should have been provided proactively. To make matters worse, I was alarmed to learn that they attempted to start repairs on my vehicle without proper approval from ICBC, which was later deemed a total loss.
