Beyond happy with the service at Fix Auto! From the beginning, they were excellent. They noticed things that I never even noticed. On the day that my vehicle was finished I had a procedure done at the hospital and was under general anaesthesia so I couldn’t drive. They literally dropped my jeep off at my house and returned my rental for me. My vehicle looked brand new, they did an outstanding job on the repairs. The team here made me feel taken care of as soon as I showed up. Andrea was so kind and helpful! (I am so sorry, but I can't remember the other gal's name. Forgive me!) These 2 went out of their way to help me get a rental car, while my car is in their shop. They even got me a ride to the next town over. Thank you FixAuto Abbotsford West!
By far the best experience I've had getting our vehicle fix after getting rear-ended. Wassim took such great care of us from the first call to when we had our vehicle returned (earlier than predicted). It's nice to see a company take care of their customers so well. Highly recommend this place.
