I had an excellent experience with Fix Auto East after my accident on January 27th. ICBC initially told me it would take 6 to 8 weeks just to look at my truck, which was pretty discouraging. However, Stephanie at Fix Auto East stepped in right away, connected with ICBC, and had my vehicle towed to their shop the very next day. This is my go to shop for auto fixes. They are a very friendly and knowledgeable company. My car was repaired completely to my satisfaction as well they were two days early getting it back to me. They go the extra mile in their service. Will certainly recommend them to family and friends.
