Mick is an absolute gentleman, friendly, sincere, knowledgeable and goes above and beyond to help his customers. I've had been having a lot of trouble lately with my Mazda 2, to the point where I did not feel safe driving the car. Every other mechanic I had visited could not help me as well. I had an unfortunate event of no-fault minor collision yesterday and needed to get my vehicle checked out. Other repair shops refused due to availability and shooed me off for insurance claim, but Mick took me on upon my visit to the shop early in the morning today.
