Quality and reliable service! I called them and they got someone at my house the same day to look at the problem. Ricky was excellent to deal with, and couldn’t have been nicer. Brooke was also very helpful. Gaspare, the technician found 7 gas leaks in our house and did an incredible job putting in all new pipes. He was professional, knowledgeable, and explained everything clearly. I really appreciated how efficiently they handled the problem and made sure everything was safe. I will definitely use Fix A Leak again if ever needed. The customer service was top tier!! Ricky was so pleasant and made sure I understood everything he was telling me.
