We responded to a promotional offer from FIX-A-LEAK to have them flush our electric water heater. Our technician, Andrew, was extremely professional and knowledgeable and did the job in a timely fashion. I would definitely recommend this company for any future work we may need done.
I could not be more impressed with the swift, professional and compassionate service I received from the first call to Brook, to the call from Ricky to assess the situation prior to arrival, the follow up call explaining the details prior to initiating the work for approval and the jobs end follow up call.
