Had our car fixed there and they were unable to get the front bumper to stay on correctly. Almost as if they used the old clips and did not replace the under hardware. Constantly trying to get in contact with them to get them to put on the new bumper that they said they have already ordered from Lexus and have received no response back . David(owner) was very accommodating with scheduling the service. Car had deep scratches and a dent and he made it look like new! Very good quality , professional and personable. Cost was very reasonable compared to other body shops; great value. Highly recommend Fix-A-Dent for any cosmetic fixes!
David and Melissa were terrific to work with. I had a scratch on a brand new vehicle from the dealership. I called them on a Monday and was taken in the same day. The scratch was fairly deep and they were able to get it corrected and looking brand new. Highly recommend.
These folks are lifesavers. Had a nasty dent from a falling object (the falling object was me), and I was leaving town in two days. Melissa actually answered the phone on Sunday and set me up with an appointment the next morning. David and his crew completed the repair, which was not a small one, in a matter of hours using PDR, and I was able to make my trip the following day. David and the team were extremely friendly and helpful. They also saved us a ton of money. Initial estimates required a replacement but they were able to fix the damage as good as new. Highly recommend.
