Had our car fixed there and they were unable to get the front bumper to stay on correctly. Almost as if they used the old clips and did not replace the under hardware. Constantly trying to get in contact with them to get them to put on the new bumper that they said they have already ordered from Lexus and have received no response back . Genuinely helpful and informative about the process of taking care of a dent in my tailgate. Without having to file an insurance claim they made sure that the cost was very reasonable and the work done to my satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate taking high-end vehicles to them for evaluation and minor repair.
David(owner) was very accommodating with scheduling the service. Car had deep scratches and a dent and he made it look like new! Very good quality , professional and personable. Cost was very reasonable compared to other body shops; great value. Highly recommend Fix-A-Dent for any cosmetic fixes!
Melissa is amazing to work with. She was able to manage every step of the process with ease and efficiency. This location is accommodating and friendly. They were able to get me back into my Bronco in half the time expected and the quality of the work was impressive. Thank you Melissa!
David and Melissa were terrific to work with. I had a scratch on a brand new vehicle from the dealership. I called them on a Monday and was taken in the same day. The scratch was fairly deep and they were able to get it corrected and looking brand new. Highly recommend.
