If I could give 10 stars, I would! Coach Emily and her team are absolutely amazing. When I first started, I found myself saying "I can't" partly due to past injuries and being discouraged by a former trainer who focused more on limitations than possibilities. With proper coaching, encouragement, and training tailored to me, I no longer say "I can't." Becoming a member was truly the best decision I’ve made for my health and confidence. I went for a lifting camp and it was such a great experience. Extremely knowledgeable and helpful, great explainers, passionate, and they helped my form tremendously. I took so much out of their class - it was so worth it. The facility was excellent, too. I highly recommend this gym!!

I’m so lucky to have found this place and started my strength journey. Emily is the absolute best, it’s like having a personal trainer but better. Gym is low key and all the members are all shapes and sizes so there’s no pressure or intimidation. It’s almost meditative going there, not like most gyms where it’s just bros. It’s crazy how much stronger I’ve gotten in just three months. I feel totally different in everything, including my running. With personalized and guided weightlifting I have been able to strength train my body for my main sport of running. The gym is no nonsense and welcoming to any level.
