Most amazing practice. From the minute you walk through the door you are greeted by a friendly team who make you feel welcome and at ease. The dental care is really gentle and you know you receive an A*** service each time. A huge thank you to Georgie for all of your help ensuring I received urgent treatment and checking in the following day. Due to this compassionate approach my fears of going to the dentist have gone away - something I did not think was possible - huge thank you ! I would not go to any other practice !
I spoke to Rachel initially after I needed a tooth extraction before my holiday, she was excellent and provided great advice and an appt. I came in and Aarron the dentist went through everything perfectly, Michelle was great too, excellent all round service, really pleasant experience considering my tooth was coming out! Reception staff were very polite and Georgie called me to make I was ok the next day. Thank you too all staff and Aarron for his care and attention.
So I have been at this dentist all my life… originally in the end house on Childwall Valley Rd… late 1970’s- Mr Grossman moved across the road and into the fish shop… after Mr G sadly passed on, it fell under new ownership, and expanded further! Obviously things in dentistry changed years ago and it isn’t free anymore! This place works with Denplan and you pay monthly, amount depending on the condition of your nashers!
