I appreciate and trust this mechanic and all he does! Rich stands by his work and understands how stressful cars can be financially and emotionally. He takes the time to talk you through issues and explain the inner workings of the car. I've been having ongoing issues with my car and he took no offense to me having taken it to a couple other shops for opinions. Told them what was exactly wrong with my car. Wanted to charge me to tell me what was wrong with it even though I already know. Horrible customer service, only trying to rip you off
