Five Star did a terrific job on my front yard job. ***** and ******* kept me informed and sought my input on where and what to plant. They answered my many questions with great advice. After being heartbroken that my mature tree had to be removed I now look forward to watching my new yard mature.
Not a large project by some standards (under $15,000). The job was completed on time and on budget. Communication with both crew and office was excellent. Crew chief made excellent suggestions that we had not thought of, and we took advantage of. Cost for requested additional work was inline with original, and done within the original time frame. Would highly recommend!
Great experience with FiveSTAR. Worked with us on the design to fit our budget had a lot of different options which was nice. Quote and project timeline were on track. Concrete work, sod installation, irrigation, plants. Very happy with our new backyard!
I give them three stars for price and design but one star for performance and customer relations. A one week job took over two weeks. Debris was stored on site and wasnt removed until the final day.
incredible experience all the way around. We have a home in sunridge meadows near el dorado hills that fivestar landscape decked out. Our home had a swimming pool that was done in the early 2000's which was lacking some serious curb appeal around it. Our backyard was just a concrete slab and a pool... it worked but pretty boring. I just wanted to take the time and thank Five Star landscape for everything they have done for us and for our beautiful yard transformation. We recently purchased a new build home up in Blackstone of El Dorado Hills, the backyard was pretty big and my wife and I were felling a bit overwhelmed and quite frankly lost.
