The clinic itself is pretty old, with outdated equipment and long wait times. It’s hard to get through, and the reception is always busy. But our family doctor, Amy Adilih, is absolutely the best – super knowledgeable, caring, and has helped us so much. We’re lucky to have her, which is why I don’t really mind the clinic’s appearance or any of the other issues, as long as Dr. Amy works there.
Dr. Odunze was my long time family Dr. She is awesome. But the staff were so unfriendly, unprofessional and have very dismissive attitude. Someone called my name to go to room 2 and no one checked my BP and weight as they knew that was my yearly physical check up appointment. Thought they are just busy, I waited the exam room open, staff are just passing by until the Dr. came to see me.
Do not go here unless you literally want to die. AND IGNORE THE POSITIVE REVIEWS, they clearly haven’t had any issues yet or haven’t received second opinions yet to know the difference (like the rest of us had to survive this clinics negligence) My symptoms were dismissed on another level. I have a growth on my right pelvic joint, just diagnosed edometreosis, Ehler’s Danhlos Syndrome, and my left ear had a literal hole. The appointment always running very late.. most of the time, over 40 minutes.
Great doctors, reasonable ability to get appointment and see doctors as scheduled.
