We’ve had such a wonderful experience living in this community. The amenities are excellent everything is clean, well-maintained, and thoughtfully designed to make daily life more enjoyable and convenient. Management is very responsive. Katie and Becky are wonderful as is the maintenance unit. I’m very satisfied living here. The apartments are well built and designed.
Spacious, All new everything. Lots of windows. The maintenance crew is professional and friendly. They complete the job quickly. The community is like living at a resort. So many things to do here. Clubhouse is state of the art. There is no dislikes to living here.
We moved in last Aug. ( 2024). The original reason for moving here was because this community is one of the most accessible and accommodating for people with disabilities. That still stands true today. The elevators are large, the walking trail is paved and the door ways are wide and ada approved. I care for my cousin who is non weight bearing and in a wheelchair, a few times a week. Having these accommodations have made caring for him much easier. We have lived here for 2 1/2 months and love it here. The apartments are brand new, white interiors and great layout options. The leasing office folks - Becky & Katie are very nice, responsive, and go the extra mile. If maintenance is needed, response time is quick and efficient. Jake is the head maintenance guy and is great to work with. It’s a pet friendly complex with nice dog and kiddie areas and we are looking forward to trying out the expansive pool area this summer.
