We lived here for 4 months, we had a horrible experience. For the price we paid for living there we were treated as if we were there on a state voucher. The girl Katie that works in the leasing office was non stop rude and not at all engaging. The other lady Becky (who lives on the property with her husband who is the maintenance guy). Is friendly but also gossips with other residence while not working about other residences. Then turns the gossip into threatening emails of complaints. I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Apartment Five43 in Bel Air! The property is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The management team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about residents’ comfort. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are always in great condition. Becky and Katie are great. Overall, it’s been an excellent place to live — highly recommend Apartment Five43 to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality living experience!
The management team and maint dept here are outstanding. Becky and Katie went above and beyond in helping us move into our unit. Even the area manager Steven was helpful as well. Cant say enough good things about the team here, they were professional and friendly thoughtout the whole process.
