My husband and I have lived here for almost 5 months and so far we love it. The apartments are beautiful and the maintenance team and leasing office are responsive and friendly- offering help and solutions in a timely manner!
The entire staff at Five43 is so helpful and always doing everything with a smile! I don't know all their names as yet, but I do know Becky, Katie, Stephen, Jake and John. A hearty thank you to all of you for your kindness and assistance to two senior folks!!
A Wonderful Place for My Mom to Call Home Last year, my mom and I decided it was time for her to move from her third-floor condo, which didn’t have an elevator. After touring many places, we discovered Five43 Luxury Apartments—and immediately knew it was the perfect fit. We lived here for 4 months, we had a horrible experience. For the price we paid for living there we were treated as if we were there on a state voucher. The girl Katie that works in the leasing office was non stop rude and not at all engaging. The other lady Becky (who lives on the property with her husband who is the maintenance guy). Is friendly but also gossips with other residence while not working about other residences. Then turns the gossip into threatening emails of complaints. I’ve had a wonderful experience living at Apartment Five43 in Bel Air! The property is modern, clean, and very well maintained. The management team is professional, responsive, and truly cares about residents’ comfort. Maintenance requests are handled quickly, and the amenities are always in great condition. Becky and Katie are great. Overall, it’s been an excellent place to live — highly recommend Apartment Five43 to anyone looking for a comfortable and high-quality living experience!
