⸻ I am writing this review to share my recent experience as a private patient. On January 5,2026 at 5:00pm I called the hewlett location attempting to obtain an invoice for payment, I spoke with a representative whose tone was very rude and unprofessional. When I calmly asked for her name due to the manner in which I was being spoken to, she refused to provide it and became upset. The call was then ended abruptly. The people are really nice, but I paid $195 to have my permanent retainer wired fixed, the glue lifted twice in less than a month and now I have a broken bracket again. Not sure, what's going on.
