Excellent service and attention! They are very clean and their remodeling is very cozy!
A few months ago my son was seen to adjust his braces. The following day part of the braces came loose. I made an appointment with StraightSet @ 5:00 pm. We rushed to make it there on time through heavy traffic. To our surprise when we got there the office was. The young lady whom made the appointment did not tell me it was for a different location. We've going to Fivetowns Orthodontics and wad grandfathered to StraightSets. All wasn't lost that day thanks to Karla. She took a look at my son's braces and reconnected them. I ... read more
Great place
From the moment you walk in friendly and polite front desk staff, office smells great , lovely holiday/seasonal decor. The staff that assisted us with my son’s consultation, xrays and photos was amazing. The doctor that did his consultation was very friendly, professional and informative. Once my son is deemed eligible for braces we will definitely continue his care here!
