I honestly can’t say enough good things about this animal hospital. From the moment we walked in, everyone was so kind, patient, and caring, not just with my pet, but with me too. You can really tell that the whole team loves what they do and treats every animal like their own. The doctors took the time to explain everything in a way I could actually understand, and the nurses were so gentle and reassuring throughout the entire visit. Dr Waters is knowledgeable, compassionate, friendly. We’ve been to other vets through the years we’ve had pets and she is hands down the best
We have been seeing Dr Waters and her crew for a handful of years now. She's great with bulldogs! Recently I had the joy of fostering one of her hospice cases who is no longer on hospice and has made a very nice recovery. It's so incredible! Although she still needs support she's alive and living her best life! We just visited Dr Waters at her new location here in hewlett.
