Very impressed with Five Step Carpet Care. Their team is very professional and communicated well with me, not to mention my carpet looked and smelled great after they finished! I purchased a house that sat empty for a significant time period and hired Five Step to clean the carpets. They got some large stains completely out and I am thrilled! Highly recommend them for your carpet and rug care needs! They just cleaned another rug for me and it looks perfect!
Great service and great people! Had a carpet that was my grandmothers become damaged due to flooding and Russell handled everything professionally. Turnaround was quick and the rug looks great!! Will definitely be using them in the future.

They are the BEST! My couch and dining chairs look perfect.
This company is WONDERFUL! They've come twice to clean my 93+-year-old Mama's recliners and carpeting and made things look like new. They're kind and respectful and thorough. I wish I could give them even MORE stars! But an UPDATE that, this time, for whatever reason, they didn't call me back after three calls. Not sure what's going on there......but had to find another solution.
