This was my first time ever getting a rug-cleaning service done, so I wasn't sure what to expect, but after reading reviews, I thought to try them! The team was great and super friendly, and I was a little unsure of what the final cost would be bc I didn't have pet accidents, but def pet odor and mentioned it. This review is not for the company’s service—I don’t live in the area, so I have no carpets to clean! But I can attest to the integrity of the team members, and to the stand-up nature of the owner. My parked truck’s extended side-view mirror got clipped by one of the company vehicles. I wasn’t in the truck, but whoever hit it took the time to look for me by knocking on doors nearby. Five Step cleaned an estate sale rug for my wife and I. It wasn’t the cleanest rug to start, but it was in great shape after we got it back from Five Step. Highly recommend the Five Step team. We only use them for our rugs and carpets.
Very impressed with Five Step Carpet Care. Their team is very professional and communicated well with me, not to mention my carpet looked and smelled great after they finished! I purchased a house that sat empty for a significant time period and hired Five Step to clean the carpets. They got some large stains completely out and I am thrilled! Highly recommend them for your carpet and rug care needs! They just cleaned another rug for me and it looks perfect!
