Might be good at carpet cleaning, but they suck at driving!!! Ran me off the road and I had all my kids in the car! Straight Merged right into my lane without even looking, I was laying on the horn too but he didn’t care. Pay attention!!
UPDATE: Since my last review, Five Step has also cleaned two rugs at my home. They are amazing at that too! I wish I could give six stars! Rapha and Jake are the best -- I trust them with any: carpet, tile, or furniture cleaning. Is there anything they can't do? Not that I've seen! Five Step Carpet Care cleans the carpet at my office. They do a wonderful and thorough work! His humor and work ethic are admirable. If you want clean and beautiful carpets, and a good laugh-- you've found the place!
Called and talked with the owners and they were very professional and cared about my needs. They crushed the job and the carpet looking amazing. I will go back. Thank you very much.
