I cannot stress enough how amazing this place is. I’ve been 4 times now and received stellar service every time. Not only are they fast, but the quality of their service is incredible. Friendly, helpful, and supportive, showing me what’s wrong and what they are doing so I know what to look for in the future. If you EVER need work done, please please PLEASE go to them - you won’t find a better shop in Iowa City guaranteed.
I had an amazing experience with five star auto! I had issues with a newly bought used car, and Ghanim was able to take a look within the same day. He was great about explaining all the repairs, parts, and prices. He knew I was dealing with a bit of a rough patch financially, but was super kind, knowledgeable and easy to work with. Although I ended up bringing the car elsewhere for a more extensive repair, I would not hesitate to come back to him in the future. Five star is a trustworthy and great place to bring your car!!!
Two hours away from home when we broke down on the side of the interstate. We googled for places near us while waiting on a tow. Thankfully Five Stars was open on a Sunday afternoon. Someone was quick to answe the phone. He put aside his busy work for our emergency. Within 45 minutes we were back on the road home. He was kind, polite and fair with pricing. Definitely eased our stressful afternoon.
