The roofers were polite, hardworking, and extremely skilled. They replaced my roof with precision, and the difference is night and day. My house has never looked better.
This company offered me clear quotes and completed the works. I especially appreciated the regular feedback and communication about scheduling the work and drop off of materials. The roofing industry seems very busy at the moment and this company was one of the few that responded promptly.
Every person I had contact with was genuinely kind, courteous and polite. The project managers, quality assurance managers were on the ball with checking in and making sure everything was going ok and if we were satisfied with the work. I have never dealt with a company that is so concerned of their customers. The cleanup from the projects was supreme. I love driving in my driveway and admiring my "New" home. I hardly recognize it. When the project was finished, I asked for an inspector to come to check everything. He was very helpful in the inspection details and helped us in handling the windows.
We were pleased with the product when we signed for the project, and the installation went even better!
