Update: 2025 summertime. These liars didn't fix a problem, just blocked off 2 pool jets and charged me for repairs of a "leak" that was never there. And Will, called me, said "oh we found a second leak" (of course I was oot and he couldn't send me photos or proof) and said we can just cap off the jet if you want. I said Absolutely NOT, (THAT MEANS NO). TOLD HIM I want ALL the pool jets to be working. What a great experience we had with Will and his team. Great service, very prompt and extremely knowledgeable. We appreciate all you guys do and will continue using this company for as long as I own a pool.
If I could rate them minus 5 star pools, that's what it would be. I've waited months (yes months) for them to complete a job they had been paid to do, and they left a mess. Trash left behind, broken pieces of concrete, rebar blue rubber gloves and a trash bucket. That's minor compared to all the other complaints!! Guys name is Will J. I have hired several different pool companies, and the water always looked murky and was dirty. I gave the guys at five star a shot, and last week I voiced some concerns and issues I was having they came out and found there was a tear in the filter already, and one of the valves was not closing all the way their attention to detail has our pool looking better than it ever has.
I do Not recommend this business at all! Horrible service and the absolute worst at communicating. Will never call him again.
