I had a nice experience with Five Stars Cleaning. I have used a few different companies recently for cleaning services needed in my line of work and am very impressed and satisfied here. I was terribly disappointed with the service provided by Five Stars Cleaning Services. I was quoted approximately 4.5x3 hours over the phone, and the same estimate was given again after the crew walked through the house. However, when the job was done, I was billed for 8x3 hours — almost double the estimate. I could have overlooked the inaccurate quote if the work had been thorough, but when I inspected the house, it was still noticeably dirty.
