They tried to tell me cash only and their machines are down. This is completely illegal. Call 311. Towing companies have legal limits to what they can charge you. They tried to charge me $350 cash for my towed sedan, and then offered $280 when I complained. Legally they can't charge more than $150 for vehicles 10,000lbs or less.
