Five star heating and cooling is a joke and a scam. We paid them over 10k in 2021 for a new furnace and ac system...they happily took our money and installed the system while telling us how it supposedly had a warranty on it for service and issues. Fast forward to about a month-ish ago and our AC stopped working one day with no clear reason why. So we called to request a tech to come out same day to diagnose/fix the issue. Had a technician out to fix a toilet flange. He didn't empty the toilet before removing it... never seen this, got water all over the bathroom. He didn't remove the wax ring or the previous piece used as a fix to see the actual flange, so never even saw what I needed worked on. Called and offered a fix of $1900 to break up my concrete slab. I asked them to not bother coming out if not willing to provide a fix rather than replacement. Jeff came to our house for a free quote. We were getting quotes for a new ac unit from a couple different places and we let them know when we called. When we told Jeff we had a couple more places to give us quotes he was rude and basically threw his folder down on the table and slammed my door on the way out. Not sure why he would have gotten so mad but he did me a favor. Regardless of the quotes I get I will never go through this company again.

Thank you for the great service. Five star came out fixed our gas lines and had it up and running in a day. Thank you five star for getting our house back on and helping us with our gas issue. Awesome company highly recommended!
