Five Star Title is hands down one of the best companies to help handle when closing on a home. When recently purchasing a home there was many obstacles that we weren't made aware of until the items were needed. Great place to get your title and escrow done.
The Five Star team knows how to get things done! If you're looking for a professional closing company who is efficient and knowledgeable in what they do, look no further! I have worked with this company for 8+ years all has gone as well as it can when you're dealing with real estate. If there is an issue that comes up, it's great to have someone on your side to work together to get the deal closed, on time, or in most cases early!
Thier website says they have Notary Services and are open till 5pm. I attempted to get something notarized yesterday, however they had decided to close early (4:30). I returned today at lunch and was told they do not offer notary services unless you are a client. So I have wasted two trips. Might be a good idea to only list the services you are offering and not randomly close early.
