The Five Star team knows how to get things done! If you're looking for a professional closing company who is efficient and knowledgeable in what they do, look no further! I have worked with this company for 8+ years all has gone as well as it can when you're dealing with real estate. If there is an issue that comes up, it's great to have someone on your side to work together to get the deal closed, on time, or in most cases early!
Thier website says they have Notary Services and are open till 5pm. I attempted to get something notarized yesterday, however they had decided to close early (4:30). I returned today at lunch and was told they do not offer notary services unless you are a client. So I have wasted two trips. Might be a good idea to only list the services you are offering and not randomly close early.
Danyel at Five Star provided high caliber, trustworthy service that you can feel safe and in good hands with your closing. Danyel's exceptional knowledge and experience, with her background in mortgage lending, she was able to save the deal. Not only did she contribute expert knowledge during the closing and lending process, but went above and beyond to attend to all parties with great professionalism, communication, guidance and care.
