The Five Star team knows how to get things done! If you're looking for a professional closing company who is efficient and knowledgeable in what they do, look no further! I have worked with this company for 8+ years all has gone as well as it can when you're dealing with real estate. If there is an issue that comes up, it's great to have someone on your side to work together to get the deal closed, on time, or in most cases early!
Thier website says they have Notary Services and are open till 5pm. I attempted to get something notarized yesterday, however they had decided to close early (4:30). I returned today at lunch and was told they do not offer notary services unless you are a client. So I have wasted two trips. Might be a good idea to only list the services you are offering and not randomly close early.
Danyel at Five Star provided high caliber, trustworthy service that you can feel safe and in good hands with your closing. Danyel's exceptional knowledge and experience, with her background in mortgage lending, she was able to save the deal. Not only did she contribute expert knowledge during the closing and lending process, but went above and beyond to attend to all parties with great professionalism, communication, guidance and care. Without a doubt, I recommend Five Star and will work with again.
They are an excellent team who pushed hard to get everything ready and in for a very tight closure date yet when the loan agency failed (twice) to make the deadlines for us this Five Star team still kept the pressure on to make sure we were able to close on our home the very next day. They made sure we were taken care of when we were doing everything right to close and the loan agency was failing us. Truly thankful for their help in everything.
Just worked with 5 star for the first time. It will NOT be my last. Danyel is a Rock Star! It was a tricky transaction for several reasons. If it were not for her the client would not have closed on time, period. I have 19 years in real estate. Amazing people ready to take care of their clients with a smile and an absolute pleasure to work with!
