Thank God for five star tires, lube and service! Joel was great! We had our brakes replaced at Nissan before we left Texas to move to California. About 4 hours into our trip, we noticed a grinding noise coming from our rear tire. We pulled into an Exxon gas station in the middle of nowhere. I ended up removing the tire to see what the problem was. Nissan forgot to put the second bolt on the brake caliper. This could have been a really dangerous situation. Had a blowout at almost midnight, changed to the spare & Called this place, thankfully got an answer, as soon as I arrived he immediately checked all my tires, quoted me & replaced two tires for me in less than 30 -40 minutes. Also put air in one of my other tires. Bonus: he honored military discount. So grateful for his service, especially after hours!

Twenty minutes outside of Ft. Stockton, our car’s undercarriage cover snapped off and was dragging. I called Five Star Tires, Lube, and Service and Joel did not hesitate to help. The location is convenient and Joel was extremely helpful. He quickly fixed the issue and reassured us that we were safe to continue our trip. He was very professional, prompt, kind, and affordable.
