My husband caught a flat tire on HWY 10 just outside of Fort Stockton around 6:30PM on 11 Oct 24. He gave this place a call to see if they had his tire size, & to discuss his options of getting it replaced. Whoever answered was rude & unprofessional, & when my husband asked for pricing the guy replied “I just told you”. My husband confronted him about his attitude & let the guy know he didn’t need to be rude about it, & that my husband simply didn’t hear him the first time. They hung up on my husband & blocked him. Joel from Five Star Tires is awesome! He and his team were the only ones in town that had the tires we needed the day we called. Joel and his team literally are available 24/7 - our tire blew on the 10 fwy the night prior at like 10pm and luckily we were able to get by with our spare that night but when we had called AAA for help that night, they said that if we needed to get tires in the middle of the night, Joel would help us out. Helped fix our RV tire in the evening. Friendly, fast, & efficient service. Had a valve stem break on one of our inner Class-C tires (brand new tire 🛞 😡) it’s hot out there in west Texas make sure your tires aren’t over inflated!!!!
