I bought my WRX from this Dealer. Everything went smooth back then, so I had no reason not to try the Service Department when the time came. I live 2.5 hours away. Was having an issue with my Headlight, so I called and scheduled an appointment for Saturday. There was a minor miscommunication between myself and the receptionist.
