Had my car in for service, the check engine was on. My service person, Travis, kept me informed of progress. My car was finished before the promised time..
I was halfway through a DIY repair on my own Subaru and was unable to find some basic, yet technical information out in the open on the internet. I called 5 Subaru dealership service departments and Five Star Subaru was the only place that was willing and able to help at all. Through text they got me exactly the information I needed plus some extra diagrams to help me make sure everything went back together by factory spec.
I bought a 2020 Outback here. I've gotten good service. I liked Subaru as a company(until recently). Certain Subarus have a windshield cracking defect that Subaru knew about (probably even when they sold me mine). They had to have class action against them to even publicly acknowledge this problem. Mine started developing spontaneous cracks. I took it back there after researching this issue & the service "advisor" wouldnt even acknowledge the problem & they WILL NOT make my problem right because the vehicle has more than 100... read more
