I give two stars because everyone is very nice. However, the system is simply not very accommodating for the routine maintainence intervals. Especially for people who work and need service on a Friday or Saturday. The pre paid service plan as part of the purchase is a good pitch, but it's pretty much worthless if they can't get you taken care of in a reasonable amount of time. 3 hour plus wait for walk in oil changes isn't acceptable in modern times.
