So far, Amanda Dawn Inay and I think five star Subaru lack customer service when answering calls for service. Five Star Subaru don’t have the courtesy to call back. I wish I never bought my used vehicle there. I bought my used vehicle along with a warranty. Unfortunately , I’m stuck in having to take my vehicle there for warranty work. Never again will I ever buy from this dealership.
Sales experience was pretty smooth/low pressure and not stressful, their inventory is reasonably priced. However the car we purchased was damaged during the final car wash right before we got the keys and it took way too much arm twisting to get the damage halfway repaired even though we caused none of it.
