We just moved in Oct 1st as they were offering 50% off the first 3 months for the size/type of unit I wanted. I picked a 10x10 climate controlled unit. The unit itself was clean and odor free and in great distance to the entrance! They don’t use traditional padlocks and keys! It’s all through an app which is think is so cool! No more extra keys or misplacing them after letting your husband borrow them! Simply share access through the app and they can get gate access as well as the unit! So cool! Prices are affordable! The customer service was wonderful! The units were very clean ! :)
Units leak my unit flooded ruined alot of my stuff. Just remember they aren't responsible for anything.
