He installed the unit in my house, in the winter since it was very cold there was no way to test the cold of the unit, when summer came the unit did not freeze had people living in that house, I contacted the owner of the company to schedule a date and check what would happen, I offered to pay him extra to go check what was happening (which I shouldn't have since it was still within the one year warranty that he supposedly offers) since I didn't want the tenants to be enduring the heat, he did not answer the phone or message... read more

We are very grateful for Mark. He came out same day as we called to help us when our AC died in a 100+ heatwave. He quickly ordered and replaced parts needed and was very courteous while doing so. We had another company come out to our house before we discovered Five Star Services and they weren’t half as kind and attentive as Mark. I’d highly recommend him.

I called Five Star around 7:30am, Mark came within the hour. He fixed my unit expediently. Customer service was excellent! Thank you! Enjoy your vacation!

Mark and his team were super responsive, quick to schedule a service call, on-time, knowledgeable and provided a timely corrective action to get our AC back up and running within 30 minutes - even during this super hot summer.
