I took my popup trailer to them because the lift system was giving me trouble. After SIX WEEKS they told me they tried it out and it worked fine. Picked it up, paid them $45 "diagnostic fee", took it home. Tried popping it up and it was still giving me grief. Had to use two hands to put it DOWN! Spent an hour taking apart the lift winch and I figured out the problem and fixed it myself. The jokers at 5-Star RV took my money and but did absolutely NOTHING for it.
