Been quoted and paid up front for a job to repair cracked roof tiles. They will be very quick to issue invoice yet you’d have to chase up for the job to be done for weeks. First roofer came without full cutter equipment, said it was a big job requires two people and a whole days job. Left the excess tiles in our garage. We’ve been quoted again and paid for the said extra job, including written email that this cost include extra tiles provisions. Thank you, Scott, for managing our roof replacement from start to end in very tight time frames and extreme heat. Initial engagement was informative and productive. Scott took the time to answer our questions, follow them up, and met with us further to address our concerns. Quote was promptly sent, adjusted when needed. I would like to thank Mark and the team for the excellent result achieved in replacing the old leaking concrete tile roof with terracotta tiles on my home in Glenmore Park. Pricing was very competitive and although the weather went against the team, causing understandable delay, the roof was completed successfully and has proved its value since with no water leaks whatsoever! I would recommend Five Star Roofing to anyone for any roofing needs in the future.

Five Star was excellent. From beginning to end communication was good, the team of workers got the roof stripped and retiled in 2-3 days. We needed to get some carpentry done on the roof too in the middle and when completed Five Star were back promptly to finish off where this had been done and complete some work on the guttering. We’d had a few leaks over the years and ‘bandaid’ fixes were just not good enough.
