Super friendly, attentive staff, clean office, great service!
Recently got to close to the curb and recked 2 tire rims . I checked around and for $100's of dollar i could buy a new rims. Five Star Rims was recommended by Family Car Care in Gloucester. I made the appointment, the truck came out to my house on time and like a miracle I had 2 rims that look like new. Professional and serivce that is hard to find these days. I was thrilled.
I just needed a rim repair but after meeting the owner he will have my business going forward. Perfect Job and the facility is impecable, the turn arround was super fast. Thank you for a job well done.
Great service, and quality wheel repair! I have a Mercedes Benz with low profile wheels. I was getting an annoying 'thud thud' driving down the road, so brought it in and they repaired two rims and balanced for a great price! Car runs smooth now like it was from the factory. I called ahead and they were able to turn it around after a short wait in their super nice waiting area. They are a delight to work with too - friendly and professional. Luziano and his team did an incredible job with my car repair. Service was incredible, communication could not have been better, and I got my car back in the timeline they had set from the beggining. Not only did they go above and beyond, but when I went to pick up my care Luziano himself helped repair a nail in my tire at no cost even though they had not caused the problem. I would give them 10 stars if I was able to and could not recommend this location any higher.
