Horrible service at lunch today. Sat there for 30 minutes, no one greeted me, or took my order.
As soon as I walked in the door at Five Star Residences of Noblesville, I felt like I had found 'home' for my Mom. Her well-being and happiness is of utmost importance to me, so it was important to talk with staff and know that she would be well cared for and treated like family. Leaving your home of 40+ years is a lot to ask, but this dedicated and loving community of both staff and residents has helped ease her transition. Five Star has everything she needs for this season of her life, and I am grateful to have found them.... read more
My siblings and I were looking for a facility for our parents.. I first talked to Samantha, she gave me a virtual tour and she was so sweet and then also gave my sister who lives in Noblesville an actual tour. We immediately thought everyone we met were very helpful and professional. Then we met Amy .. let me tell you she went above and beyond to help us with all the paperwork and getting them settled in and made them feel so comfortable.. all of the staff is great and my parents are so happy ! Thank you Five Star!
Carrie our social director is great. She teaches and makes sure everyone knows what to expect. Please keep her!!!!
