Amy, Thank you so much for your tour yesterday at your facility. I was pleasantly surprised how pleased I was with your independent living facilities.
It's once again time to say how poor service is in the dining room. Don't get everything you order. I GUESS THE SERVERS CANNOT READ ORDER FORMS to make sure everything ordered is delivered to table. Don't think things will ever improve!!! Keep up the horrible service!
Spent 20 minutes wandering around no one to talk to no information available very disappointing
The Crossings at Noblesville is lovely. The hallways are very bright and wide. Everyone that I met was friendly. The food was yummy. You can tell that Samantha loves working there.
Our family recently toured the Memory Care unit for our mother, who was recently diagnosed with dementia, and we were incredibly impressed with our experience. From the moment we arrived, Amy gave us a warm and joyful welcome. She was extremely knowledgeable, took the time to address all of our concerns, and genuinely understood what our family is going through.
