Good group of Ladies and Gentlemen who are helpful and know their stuff! Both locations in Kerrville are excellent.
The folks there are up front and honest. We rented a chipper over the weekend that did not do what we had expected it to do - so we ended up only using it for about an hour. No muss, no fuss - happily refunded our money when my husband returned it today. Customer service to the MAX!

This past Friday my then fiancee and I celebrated our 10 year anniversary by getting married! Due to the rain and flooding our wedding plan took a turn and we had to quickly modify. Five STAR Rentals was flexible, caring, and worked extremely well and quickly with us to provide us with the tables, chairs, and tents needed to make the wedding of our dreams become a reality! Thank you for your exemplary service and timeliness.
