Our home suffered storm damage recently. Five Star came out and did an assessment of the damage and contacted our insurance company for us. They repaired the damage quickly and professionally. I really appreciate them handling all of the insurance paperwork for us.

Five Star Renovations was recommended to us as our State Farm Insurance Premeir Service Provider and they lived up to all expectations. Our House was flooded during the recent cold snap and they responded @ 3am. They were all in uniform and wearing id badges, which is rare in todays work force. They were professional, thurough, and polite. They completed our job in two weeks and even waived our deductable because we were State Farm customers. Terrible experience. The man who came to look at our home paraphrased a document telling us our signature allowed him to give us an ESTIMATE when in fact IT GAVE HIM PERMISSION to do the work. We didnt get the estimate in a timely manner. He told us 3 days and it took 2 weeks. Explosive attitude of the estimator when contacted by phone. The wrong siding was put on our home. We had damages they did not address at all. Five Star required us to pay to them our the amount of our deductible before any discussion with our insuranc... read more
