The electrician came to my home to repair the electricity, but did so much more. They arrived on time, removed clothes from my daughter's closet, and helped organize her toys. They even assisted me in repairing an old bicycle that I had been attempting to fix for months.

Very professional. Maintained good communication throughout the process, from scheduling to completion. Good use of online quotation and invoicing. Friendly, efficient, knowledgeable and professional installers. They managed to run an extremely long cable through multiple ceilings without having to cut a hole in any sheet rock. Very customer service oriented.

The service was thorough and professional. The quote and scheduling were simple and flexible. I worked two days, and the technicians Dan and Justin were very neat and knowledgeable. They made an extra effort to conceal the modifications as much as possible and explained everything that was being done. Even after adding additional tasks, the job was completed on time. The technician and his team went up to look at the cracked brick and crumbling mortar joints that were leaking water and causing problems for the drywall in the ceilings and walls. To keep costs low, they took out broken bricks and salvaged what they could. They filled the joints the same day and quickly removed all the old mortar with little mess. Expert and his folks worked really hard! We are indebted to Wayne and Justin for their courteous conduct and excellent work.
