Extremely disappointed in this company and their lies. I had to chase after the technician to take ALL the parts for the ice machine. They then lost the cover and claimed they never took it. They must be in the habit of leaving parts behind. When they lose parts they blame the customer.
Five Star came to the rescue when my Mom’s AC unit quit working. Prompt and courteous
This is how my ice machine was returned to me….no cover…and I am blamed for it…..told I never gave it to them…..run away from these people. They lost the cover….and the unit still has the same problem after they delivered it back to me. Not sure what this will cost…but I spent $1600 for them to NOT fix my ice machine and lose the cover. Doubt they will replace it.
I title this one: ONE STAR FOR FIVE STAR Liz, the self professed “owner” of this shop will someday not be in business, one can hope. After lamenting verbally to me on the phone that, “Can’t I just get a day off,” I had to remind her that she forwarded her biz calls to her phone…nobody made her do that…nor was she forced to answer.
