Horrible customer experience! My party stayed at a property managed by Five Star Properties in Hilton Head in Aug 2020 to celebrate my birthday. I had seven guests arrive from different cities to help me celebrate. Prior (and subsequent) to our stay, I left numerous messages within the guest portal - none of which were responded to. My main concern was having the property sanitized in the Covid-19 environment. We had several guests with compromised immune systems. Five Star Properties cancelled our family's fully paid for and confirmed Hilton Head vacation rental home two weeks before arrival and ruined our trip. They list the same home on multiple sites. Avoid any listings by this company, Â
DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY. I stayed at one of the properties called Waters Edge. The property had pavers that were lifted out of the ground on the driveway and the walkway. Within one hour of checking into the house my husband tripped on the pavers and injured his face, arms and legs, in addition to breaking his eye glasses. He was bleeding, had a black eye and had a swollen face for several days.
