1 star Plumbing. Very shady company. I was told “they have to do what they have to do to stay in business” when I questioned them about the receipt for the tank that was replaced. You know how you stay in business? By providing excellent service, doing the right thing and running a honest business. The plumber instead went down the street to Lowes and purchased a tank and then turned around and charged me an additional $200 onto what he paid for it from Lowes? Dustin came out today and replaced a bathroom faucet and three flow valves for commodes. He did An excellent job at a reasonable price ! He was very personable and friendly. I would definitely recommend this company.

We had Dustin and Cary out to look at a drain issue that we were having continually backing up even after roto rooter came out and charged us hundreds of dollars to remove the roots in the line. Dustin and Cary from five star came out with the proper machine and equipment and got it unclogged and we haven’t had an issue since and at a very reasonable price. Thank you five star and Cary and Dustin

I have used 5 Star plumbing several times over the last 10 years. It was always the same issue....burned up sump pump and drain pipe to the street clogged with tree roots. I have replaced my sump pump 5 times in 10 years. About 3 years ago, they told me that I probably needed to have the old pipe dug up and totally replaced. In February of 2016, they had to come out and unclog the pipe once again. So when I received my tax refund shortly after, I put enough money back for the re-pipe. In June of 2016, the pipe clogged again.... read more
