Bad storm hit us, lots of lightning. Noticed no pressure in water lines, motor pump controller was knocked out. Called Jeremy, who offered to look for a used controller in his shop to get us through the night, but he did not have the right one. Fixed it next morning around noon. Work was fast and done right. Appreciate 5 Star going extra mile to help out a neighboor.

I recently contacted Five Star Plumbing about fixing/replacing a leaking kitchen sink faucet. It was easy to schedule a service call and they showed up on time - even giving me a heads up to confirm he was on the way. Ed advised to replace the faucet with one he had brought (which saved a trip back to town!). I agreed and the job was completed in no time. They helped us out of a bind. We needed the main drain of a house removed and reinstalled with new pvc pipe. They showed up on time and worked efficiently to get the job done. They were a little higher on the price than expected but they did a quality job.

They repaired my sewer pipe last year in NWA, but the problem resurfaced a year later. The house had been vacant during that one-year period. They refused to take responsibility, so I had to hire another plumber who resolved the same issue for a fraction of the cost (one-fifth of the price). I ended up paying for the repair all over again.
