Extremely happy with the work that Ricky did for me. He removed a tankless water heater and replaced with a tank type. He also removed two garbage disposers and replumbed under two sinks. He was on time with appointments and stayed in contact with me at all times. Can't say enough about his professionalism, punctuality and friendly demeanor. Five Star will definitely be my preferred plumbing company in the future.

I had a plumbing emergency in the middle of the night it was a completely clogged pipe, I called 5 Star Plumbing and they sent Syd out to my house. He was incredibly professional and arrived at my house quickly. Syd assessed the situation efficiently and got right to work. He was knowledgeable, skilled, and explained everything clearly as he worked. He quickly resolved the clog and prevented what could have been a very messy (and expensive!) disaster. Five Star Plumbing did an outstanding job helping me with a slab leak. From start to finish, they were respectful, time-efficient, and very informative throughout the entire process. They were also flexible with scheduling, which made everything a lot less stressful. I had been told by multiple other companies that drywall damage is typically unavoidable when installing new water lines—and that they wouldn’t be responsible for it. HIGHLY RECCOMMEND! This is a very professional company. Albert came out within an hour of my call. He diagnosed the problem, quoted the job and started working. I have a freestanding hose bib that was leaking in the ground. He excavated the water line found the break and very cleanly made the repair. After turning the water back on, he found another leak in the same area. He excavated that part, identified the source of the leak and repaired that with no extra fee.
