5 Star installed a new high end kitchen faucet for me yesterday. The configuration of the faucet was unusual. Instead of just installing it the tech facetimed me to make sure the orientation of the handle was what I would be happy with. Great service and very professional. Thanks!
Five Star Plumbing installed my new Gas Hot Water Heater today. Austin and Greg did an Amazing Job. Got the job done faster then I expected. They explained everything during the job and when completed, they explained the unit, how it operates. My first time having Gas hot water and gas furnace. Answered all my questions. Very pleased with the work and recommend them to everyone. Thanks again to Austin and Greg !!!!!
They did a great job replacing my 50 gallon electric water heater in February 2025. They also added an expansion tank that is now required for my locality.
I had two service calls in. We had sewer issues which then caused my furnace to go out. I had a guy come to quote for a new furnace and also the sewer issue. The HVAC sales person was aware of the sewer issues. The sewer flooded our basement 3 months ago. The water level had went down and was dry 2 months ago. The sales tech said it wasn’t an issue since there was no standing water. I specifically asked because I know it isn’t an ideal situation. First time with Five Star and I am so pleased with the result. Trey and Louis were professional, respectful and friendly. The entire process was so easy starting with scheduling with Mandy through to installation of our new hot water heater. Highly recommend.
