Arrived within the time window provided. Both techs were polite and friendly. The work was completed as ordered and explained when acomplished. I believe the work was valued fairly and in line with other installers pricings. We now have a new water heater that should last for years. Thank you 5 Star! Duncan

Great installer but their relationship with Lowe’s, I believe, creates added cost. The tank was installed in 2 hours at a price of $1300 which was twice the cost of the tank. $650/hour. I realize there was some additional parts required but…… I assume a lot of those dollars goes to Lowes. However, the Five Star folks were great. I’ll use them again without Lowes in the middle.
Our installers, Robert and Caleb, were fantastic! They were friendly, respectful, and informative. The installation was quick, and they also țook our old water heater, which we appreciated. Once the installation was complete, Robert and Caleb took the time to show me the new water heater, connections and shut-offs. We were very pleased and would definitely use Five Star Plumbing again!
