Josh and his "Five Star Plumbing" team deserve TEN Stars. They are my only "go to" team forever. My latest gift from them is their swift response to a burst pipe drowning my barn.Their other swifts responses, intelligence, advice and reasonable prices were for a new dishwasher, new water heater, new water softener and various repairs. I hope we never need them but will be very happy to see them, if necessary.
Josh and his team at Five Star Plumbing are OUTSTANDING. I had a power outage at one of my properties this winter. The pipes froze and water was everywhere. Josh came out THE SAME DAY, shut the water off, stopped the damage and began making repairs all while keeping me updated over phone calls and texts. It's tough to find great customer service these days, but Josh and the Five Star team should be proud of the work they do and how they take care of customers. I highly recommend them!
We moved to this area 7 months ago and are so relieved to have such great plumbers here! We've had the same plumbing issue here a few times, Five Star always comes quickly and takes care of the problem right away. And they're helping us figure out the root of the issue and solutions for it. They go above and beyond - and our pets love them too!
I will be calling Five Star Plumbing for any future plumbing needs for my Galena home. I called them on a Wednesday to schedule a kitchen sink and faucet install and they were able to fit me in 2 days later on Friday. Josh removed my old sink and even hauled it away for me. He was pleasant, extremely professional and their prices are affordable. Highly recommend!
We were so happy with the work to install our new throne in the bathroom. Our tech was Jacob and he was awesome. He was polite and professional. This young man has a bright future ahead of him. Thank you for once again solving our plumbing needs.
