Definitely 5 Richard was prompt and knew how to fix the problem quickly. Very nice, you can tell he was trustworthy . So glad we picked Five Star.

Worker came to fix a gas leak. During repair he broke the waterline connected to my water heater. But because it wasnt part of my home insurance he left it broken. While repairing the gas line worker he moved the water heater to reach behind it. Now the new plumber says he broke the water line on top of the water heater as well. Terrible service. They should repair the damage their worker made.
