I was a bit concerned about the complexity of installing a new shower, but the plumber explained each step clearly and completed the job efficiently. It was reassuring to see how well they addressed potential issues before proceeding with the installation.
Our sump pump was failing and causing water to pool in the basement, prompting us to seek a second opinion for repairs. Comparing both plumbers, one provided a thorough inspection and clear explanation of the issue, allowing us to make an informed decision on the repair.
The plumber quickly identified a blockage in the outdoor drain and resolved it within an hour, explaining that improper debris disposal had likely caused the issue. This experience was much smoother than my past repair, where another company took several visits to even identify the problem.
Unlike the last plumber who quoted a much higher price and couldn't schedule me for days, this one arrived promptly and finished the sewer cleaning in under two hours. They discovered a tree root blockage and explained how regular maintenance could prevent future issues.
The problem with the water heater turned out to be an incorrect installation by my first plumber, which was evident when the second plumber showed me that certain connections weren't secured properly. This time around, it took about two hours to remove the faulty setup and get everything installed correctly; I appreciate his patience in explaining each step.
