I ordered a half Hawaiian have veggie pizza online. What they sent me was all the toppings everywhere. I called to complain and they told me it was my fault that I made the mistake and asked me if I had read the instructions of how to order pizza online. That is no just retarded, it's rude. And just to make it all words, the pizza wasn't even good!!! Soggi dough, tasteless sauce smothered by burned cheese.
Over all, a pretty good pizza joint. The staff has always been friendly. The only major downside, is that they are a pizza joint and they don't deliver pizza!
We ordered from five star pizza for the first time tonight. We live in south Florida, but visit Jacksonville often. The person who answered the phone was extremely friendly, helpful & accommodating. The pizza came quickly & it was delicious! We will definitely order from them again(maybe tomorrow!)!
This place just opened and I've been there a couple of times and every meal has been exceptional. The pizza's are great and the dinners are fabulous. If you haven't tried it you are missing out.
