I was very disappointed with my experience here. The customer service was extremely poor. I was completely ignored while customers who came in after me were helped first, though they saw me. When I asked to speak with a manager, she brushed me off, denied what I experienced, and told me I misunderstood what clearly happened. Instead of addressing the concern, it felt dismissive and unprofessional. The staff overall came across as rude and disrespectful.
