There were a couple of communication hiccups at the start of the project, but Five Star really came through. They told me to "trust the process". Not easy when I'm not on site all the time! But I took a deep breath and decided to try. I am glad that I did. They did a great job and I am completely happy with the work that they did. We recently hired 5 star for a three room painting job. The time estimate was ~3 days. Took them two! Office scheduler, estimator, Axel and the crew were great! We cleared the majority of furniture and pictures prior so the rooms were clear with enough room to go around what was left. They made a lot of progress the first day and wrapped up the rest and trim the next. Worked with us on minor touching for the final walkthrough. Very nice, hard working folks.
