I interviewed several painting companies and Five Star was exceptional compared to all others from the appointment setting processes to the actual proposal stage. They listened to our needs and competitively won our approval. The job done and attention to detail exceeded our expectations. Overall service from A-Z perfect. Overall professionalism perfect.
UPDATE #2: We met with the owner, Brian, who looked over the issues we documented. He used a gadget that analyzed the paint color on the doors and the cabinet base...they were close but different shades. He told us he would look into the paint used for our job and get back to us. We never heard back. My husband called the company a few times and left messages with the receptionist, asking that the owner do what he said he would do i.e. get back to us on next steps.
