Premium price with average results. Throughout the process, I felt as though we were simply dollars to Five Star Painting. There was no true customer service connection (once the contract was signed). The full job was inadequately described, so expectations were not properly set. We were told the team would come and power wash the exterior of our home prior to painting (makes sense). At this point, we should have been told, "It's going to be super messy. had out shutters painted, and we made a mistake in picking a color that did not look very good. The company was great and gave us a different color for a very palatable price, and it was done very fast. We really appreciated it.
